Growing in Love of God and Neighbor

About Our Choirs

We are fortunate to have six vocal choirs at Trinity Church. The choirs enhance our worship and provide opportunities for parishioners to make music and experience fellowship as part of a warm and inviting group of people.

Trinity’s youth choirs are affiliated with the RSCM (Royal School of Church Music) and use the RSCM approach in which learning anthems is integrated with musical and spiritual growth. Choristers earn ribbons which signify their level of attainment in the program. Our goal is for choristers to sing with confidence the highest quality of music they are capable of and to enjoy the experience of learning and working together.

For children who would like to participate, please contact Maris Williams.
For adults who like to participate, please contact Vernon Williams.

The Carol Choir is Trinity’s primary children’s choir. Our goal is to provide beautiful music for liturgies while instilling a love of singing and good choir habits at an early age. The RSCM approach is used in this choir. Choristers usually earn their yellow ribbon the first year and begin work on the light blue ribbon in their second year. As choristers prepare their music they learn the basics of music theory and the fundamentals of singing. Among the highlights of the season are leading the music at the 3:00 p.m. service on Christmas Eve, participating in Advent Lessons and Carols, and singing with the orchestra at the Choir Concert. In 2023 the Carol Choir was honored to be the core group in the Diocesan Choir that sang for the consecration of our new Bishop, The Right Reverend Dr. Sally French.
